Yoke made up of High permeability steel.
Larger size of bearings for longer life and trouble free operations.
Armature stamping of high grade silicon used.
Proper cooling with the help of special design unbreakable fan.
Suitable copper conductor with best quality insulated material used to
give continuous duty.
Vacuum pressure impregnation for armature and field windings ensuring
high insulation strength.
Skewed Rotor construction with dynamically balance ensuring low noise.
Constant / uniform pressure brush holders.
Excellent grade of carbon brushes used for long lasting and trouble free
operation.
Prime mover will be either D.C. Motor or A.C. Motor.
Special guard also provided on the coupling to avoid any mishappening
during operation.
